By accessing or using Tracean, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are legally permitted to use online services in your jurisdiction.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at contact@tracean.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

Tracean is a digital portfolio platform that allows users to document, structure, and share their professional projects and experience. Features include profile creation, project documentation, collaborator verification, and shareable profile URLs.

You retain ownership of all content you submit to Tracean, including project descriptions, profile information, and any uploaded materials. By posting content, you grant Tracean a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute that content solely for the purpose of operating the platform.

You are solely responsible for ensuring your content is accurate, lawful, and does not infringe the rights of others.

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Impersonate another person or organization
• Use Tracean to spam, harass, or harm other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform
• Scrape or extract data from Tracean without written permission
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose

When you invite a collaborator to verify your project, you confirm that the collaboration genuinely occurred. Submitting false verification requests is a violation of these Terms and may result in account suspension.

All platform design, branding, code, and content created by Tracean remains the exclusive property of Tracean. You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute any part of the platform without prior written consent.

Tracean offers a free tier. Any premium features, if introduced, will be governed by separate pricing terms communicated at the time of purchase. Tracean reserves the right to modify, limit, or discontinue free features with reasonable notice.

Tracean reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time through your account settings.

Tracean is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the platform will be error-free. We are not liable for any loss of data, income, or opportunity arising from use of the platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tracean's liability for any claim arising out of your use of the platform is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or USD $10, whichever is greater.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Tracean after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or an in-platform notice.
